1. How do you produce more without burning out or sacrificing quality? What kinds of assistants do you use to augment your efforts? What are their duties? How much responsibility do you give them? What is your most lucrative, non-core business activity? (e.g. – you're a writer, and your writing makes you the most money – what's the 2nd place money maker?
2. Cash flow – how to get client money coming down the pipe quicker.
3. Social media – oddly enough. Haven't figured out how to connect activity with a clear goal/niche. Fun tho.
